Our most simple loaf - no gluten, no dairy, no preservatives. Just gf flour, water, salt, oil, and wild-organically grown yeast
*We use Caputo Gluten Free Flour which is imported from Italy at a considerable premium, and is considered the “Ferrari of Flours”
(NOTE: our GF flour contains gluten-stripped wheat starch, which is safe for those that have celiac disease or are gluten intolerant. But if you have a wheat allergy then you cannot consume this bread)
